DARK HORSE CZECH LAGER
5% ABV, We have created a faithful representation of a tmavé pivo (dark lager) by employing traditional Czech ingredients of floor malted Bohemian barley, paired with Czech Saaz hops. This pairing expresses a complex and rich malt bill balanced by the slight spicy flavor and aroma of the Saaz hops. This is all accented by a subtle roastiness. Overall this beer is crisp, lagery and drinkable.
CHUCKWAGON STOUT
6% ABV, A roasty and Silky Stout that is conditioned on 7 pounds of gourmet coffee that was roasted fresh and local by Mill City Roasting Co. This oatmeal stout is layered with flavor and has a beautiful mouthfeel. This beer contains notes of cocoa and vanilla with a robust coffee flavor. Overall dark and delicious.
